Refund policy

Seller: Nathan Ivaiti, sole proprietor, Cook Islands. Island Hours is a digital software licence. There is no physical product to return.

14 days if it did not work as described

If Island Hours does not work as described on the sales page — for example the overlap view fails to run in a current desktop browser using IANA time zones, or a listed feature is missing — you may ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email nathanivaiti@gmail.com with your Paddle order details and a short note about what did not work.

After that, no refunds on used digital goods

Once the software has been used (opened, hosted, or copied for your work) and more than 14 days have passed, no refunds are offered on this digital good. That is because the files cannot be “returned” in any meaningful way.

Paddle processes refunds

Paddle is the merchant of record. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method, according to Paddle’s timelines. The seller does not take card details.

Chargebacks

Please contact nathanivaiti@gmail.com before disputing a charge so we can fix a genuine problem. Unexplained chargebacks may result in the licence being revoked.
