Terms

These terms apply to the Island Hours website and the digital software licence sold from it. Seller: Nathan Ivaiti, sole proprietor, Cook Islands. Contact: nathanivaiti@gmail.com.

What you are buying

Island Hours is digital software: a static web app (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) that runs in your browser. There is no physical delivery, no shipping, and no tangible goods. After purchase you receive a licence to use the software for your own work.

Licence

You may use Island Hours for personal or internal business scheduling. You may host your licensed copy for yourself. You may not resell, sublicense, or present the product as your own, and you may not remove notices that identify the seller.

Price and checkout

The listed price is USD $19, one-time. Tax may be added at checkout by Paddle, depending on your location. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payment. The live checkout page must be served over HTTPS.

Accuracy of times

The app converts times using the IANA timezone database as implemented by your browser (JavaScript Intl). Results depend on that data being present and up to date. Island Hours does not guarantee a particular meeting will suit every participant; it shows overlapping work windows from the inputs you give it.

Availability

The product is a static site. Once you have the files, it runs without a vendor server. The public marketing site may be moved or taken offline; that does not cancel a licence you already paid for.

Liability

The software is provided as described on the site. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Nathan Ivaiti is not liable for missed meetings, indirect loss, or damages beyond the amount you paid for the licence.

Governing details

These terms are offered by a sole proprietor in the Cook Islands. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest still apply. Questions: nathanivaiti@gmail.com.
